Several concepts are developed in order for the client to be 100% satisfied that the final design choice has taken into account all potential options and specific functional, architectural and environmental requirements.
MacCivil utilises external architectural consultants to assist with the development of concepts and overall architectural requirements of any project. MacCivil will hand pick the appropriate architect depending on the client's requirements and the suitability of that particular architect to the project.
MacCivil has an extensive network of NATA registered geotechnical engineering companies from which to call to carry out the necessary ground analysis which is an essential building block for the design to proceed.
MacCivil utilises in-house and external design consultants to carry out the required structural analysis that utilises the geotechnical report along with the client's specific requirements to produce the project design documentation suitable for construction. Ongoing client interaction is necessary and always encouraged in this process to ensure that the final design reflects the client's brief in every way.
MacCivil works in a cooperative manner with relevant government bodies and environmental agents to ensure that the client's requirements can be implemented in harmony with the local legal and environmental regulation.
This part of the project is MacCivil's forte. It is the component when client's want to see things happening without any mistakes. MacCivil pride's itself on being able to deliver their projects on time and within budget. MacCivil has relationships with many subcontractors who can be called upon to assist with the total project. MacCivil manages the construction phase with ongoing consultation with the client and all the workers and subcontractors to ensure the completed project is exactly what the client wants.
